Team First Asia leaders congregate for the Management Board Forum
Team First Asia gathered once again for the Management Board Forum (MBF) for a day of training; and sharing of milestones, accomplishments, learning experiences, and future plans. Held last July 27 at Lima Park Hotel, this year’s forum was attended by a total of 122 officers and selected managers.
For the Management Learning Session, Prof. Rebecca Ricalde, Director of Marketing and Lead Generation at the Asian Institute of Management, facilitated a workshop entitled “Digital Solutions and the Customer Journey.” Her discussion centered on a framework that enables companies to see how their clients and prospects connect with their brand and product. She also highlighted the different stages that customers go through as they interact with the company’s digital channels, and as they move from awareness to consideration, and eventually, to purchase. Her workshop enabled Team First Asia leaders to become more proactive and critical with how they market and project their products and services.
In the afternoon, the different affiliates shared updates from the last fiscal year. Updates from Finance, Human Resources, and Corporate Communications were also presented.
To cap off the event, Team First Asia President Dr. Brian L. Belen announced the latest investment made by the network—the Bell 505 Jet Ranger X, a private helicopter which will be used by Team First Asia’s subsidiary companies in some of their future projects.
