Suds Joins First Asia Corporate Network

First Asia Venture Capital (FAVC) recently made an investment in laundry service company, Suds, which is becoming one of the recognized names in the laundry industry. Suds is a full service, professional garment care and cleaning service company catering to individuals and business establishments. Founded in 2003 by Carlos Hanzyl (Caloy) Ang in Dasmariñas Cavite, Suds presently has 60 branches nationwide.

The company is being managed by Caloy and wife Charmaine. The couple claims that using the wash formula that best fits the type of garment is one of the reasons why their clients keep coming back. In 2008, Suds decided to go into franchising, developing the “ladderized” royalty system that aims to help both the company and the franchisees grow.

FAVC sees the growth potential of Suds for its household, commercial, and industrial markets. It is already the trusted provider of several known brands for their laundry needs.  With FAVC infusing capital to Suds, the clothing care company will be able to accelerate its plans to grow the business in the coming years.
